The Energy Innovation Center, home of the Readiness Institute at Penn State, hosted the 2022 Three Rivers Educational Technology Council (TRETC) from Sunday, January 16, through Tuesday, January 18. Pittsburgh technology leaders and educators came together to discuss how educational technology can further connect students, teachers, administrators, families, and communities. The need to integrate educational technology into K–12 education is becoming more important as schools continue to use hybrid learning techniques due to COVID-19. This hybrid (in-person and online) event was organized by the Pittsburgh Technology Council in partnership with Fortyx80 and the Readiness Institute.
