Brian Cuban visits the Readiness Institute at Penn State

Brian Cuban, author, speaker, activist, and attorney, recently visited the Readiness Institute at Penn State team at the Penn State Center Pittsburgh. Justin Aglio, executive director of the Readiness Institute, sat down with Brian for an on-site interview, where he talked about his personal experiences that led him to his current work as a Dallas-based attorney and activist for mental health and eating disorders.

Brian shared his first-hand experiences living with, and recovering from, bulimia and alcohol abuse. He explained how addiction and other mental health issues have redefined his life and how he is helping others with their recovery and finding redemption. Brian is the brother of Mark Cuban, an entrepreneur and a collaborator with the Readiness Institute, and is a Penn State alumnus.
