Murray (@thomascmurray) for a webinar to discuss the launch of the Future Ready Learner Design Process — a new, free toolkit that guides school communities in answering the critical question: What are the essential skills, knowledge, characteristics, and dispositions that learners need to possess in order to be future ready?

Future Ready Schools and the Readiness Institute created the Future Ready Learner Design Process using a human-centered design (HCD) model, an approach that builds deep empathy for participants and maintains a humanistic mindset at its core. Using the toolkit, school leaders and educators work together through a series of activities to leverage the voices of all team members and make a plan for learner success. Future Ready Schools and the Readiness Institute piloted the resource last year during a workshop with the Pittsburgh Public Schools CTE Division.
